Generate templates

Tools for Boox generates customizable PDF templates on your device, ready to use as the background of a note.

  1. Step 1

    Tap the Templates tile on the Dashboard.

    Tap the template you want, for example Flat weeks calendar.

    You see a preview of the template. Customize it on the Settings tab if you like, then tap the Export tab.

    The PDF template is exported.

    Find it in the noteTemplates folder, and rename it if you want to.

    Open a new note in Boox Notes, and tap the layers icon.

    Tap the Templates layer.

    Find your template on the Local templates tab.

    That’s it: your note now has the template as its background.
